Our client had a dormer window in place and wanted to have some outside space. A section of the roof was removed at the eave to provide a flat area. This was insulated and asphalted, then tiled with a promenade tile. We had new railings installed to the perimeter and fitted a new roof to the main building. Sliding doors were then installed.
A great way to gain a small outside area in London!
